Description

FLO-CRETE II is designed to condition, seal and finish most non-resilient hard surface flooring including concrete, terrazzo, quarry tile and slate. This product can be used in garages, service stations, warehouses, manufacturing plants, food processing plants, or other areas where protection is desired.

Directions For Use:
The surface must be thoroughly clean and dry before application. Remove old finish, wax and or soil with a heavy duty stripper. Rinse floor thoroughly with clean water and allow to completely dry. Do not apply to new concrete floors for at least 30 days or until completely cured. Apply FLO-CRETE II in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to thoroughly dry between coats, usually 30 to 50 minutes. It is recommended waiting 24 hours or longer before allowing heavy equipment usage.

NOTE: ANY OIL LEFT IN PORES OF FLOOR WILL AFFECT ADHESION OF SEALER FILM TO SUBSTRATE.

Routine Maintenance:
Damp mop or auto-scrub as needed with a neutral floor cleaner.

Periodic Restorative Maintenance:
Additional coats may be applied periodically or as required to maintain finish. Deep scrub the surface prior to reapplying maintenance coats.

Storage And Handling:
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid eye contact. Refer to SDS for additional precautions or first aid measures.
