We stand behind our entire line of products with a 100% Performance Guarantee.  Our objective is to make sure that your purchasing experience is wonderful and worry-free.  If, for ANY REASON, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for a full refund or credit of the original purchase price.  We will also provide FREE return shipping.

Simply follow these instructions if you wish to return your product:

  • Log into your account and navigate to Return Request, call or chat with us within 14 days of receiving your order.  We will quickly provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation number along with a pre-paid postage return label.
  • Return package must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Refunds or credits can only be issued after original merchandise has been shipped back.
  • Returned items must be in the original condition you received them in.
  • We can only accept unopened product for return (except for one unit that you opened to test the performance).
  • Orders placed using NET 30 payment terms will be credited to your account upon receipt of the product unless a refund is requested after payment has been remitted.  Orders placed using a credit card will be refunded within five business days upon receipt of the product.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on 5 gallon or larger drums of product, disinfectants and/or hand care products.

There are several ways to get SDS sheets. On the homepage you can either click on the SDS button next to our phone number at the top or click on Support and scroll down to SDS. You can also find the SDS sheet on the product detail page. If you don’t like these options, you can always call or chat with us and we will be happy to assist you.
