Orders
Val-U-Chem Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order if we find an error was made on the item pricing or item is not available at this time. We will notify you by email if this happens. We will refund your order 100% if we have already charged your credit card.

Warranty/Returns Policy
Warranty: Any product sold with a factory warranty may be returned if found to be defective within the terms of the Manufacture warranty. Many items have different lengths of warranty. Therefore, please call a Customer Service Representative verify warranty and to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of the returned item box.
Return Policy: Items returned for any reason must be assigned a Return Authorization Number. Please call a Customer Service Representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on outside of returned box.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders, simply return the item for a 20% restocking fee refund within 30 days of receipt! Note: We will not refund the shipping cost you paid when you received your order. (You also will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us.) However, in order for us to receive credit from our vendors, we must have all such items returned within 30 days of purchase. When returning chemicals and accessories, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims and refunds on chemicals, equipment, and accessories not returned in original condition and/or original packaging. Shipping
Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS Ground. The shipping costs we use are UPS’s fees. We do not add fees for shipping.
Damage in Shipment: All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier; UPS driver, truck driver, etc. Please retain the original carton as it is often needed as part of a claim settlement.
Shortage of Merchandise: In the event that you receive an order that shows an item shipped, but the item (s) are not in the box, please notify us immediately or in as timely a manner as possible.
