What you’ll do as an Outbound Sales Professional:

  • Participate in a 4-week training program (or more if needed), designed to educate on product knowledge, learn various sales pitches, and make initial sales calls with the support of a trainer
  • Cold call on new business – this role is 100% phone-based, you will be expected to make about 100 dials a day to engage with new and existing customers and sell them products
  • Leads are provided from our proprietary CRM system
  • Gain knowledge of our remarkable industrial products
  • Collaborate with your trainer to continue to master your sales pitches
  • This role is 34 hours a week, Monday- Friday, Mon–Thurs 7 am – 3 pm & Friday 7 am – 2 pm. We expect our sales reps to be independently motivated and be able to manage their time well.

 

Outbound Sales Professional duties and responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the Sales Professional revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:

  • Be knowledgeable about the products
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

 

Must-haves for the Sales Professional:

  • Experience in sales, cold calling is a plus
  • Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly when selling to businesses over the phone
  • You’re an excellent listener and you can communicate well
  • Strong ability to adapt and possess a coachable mindset – you’ll receive frequent coaching
  • Desire to work hard and exceed goals – you’re not satisfied unless you’re the best

 

Benefits & Compensation:

  • $500.00/wk during training along with commissions and bonuses when applicable
  • After training, receive 25% commission on all sales plus many bonuses
